A special benefit for our customers is, that EU-MACC as an education
centre can make applications for EFS (European Social Funds) subsidies
for education an training in companies. All
employees and managers of the companies may participate in those
trainings. EU subsidies for small and medium sized companies are
possible up to 80% of training costs. Big companies can still
get about 60% of their cost. The employer has the right to count
time for education against labour time of the employees. Part
of these measures for personnel development are language courses
(subsidized up to 98%) as well as postgraduate studies. Only during
the last period 2004 to 2006 Poland got 253 mio Euro of subsidies,
thereof 190 mio Euro from European Social Fund.
